Search tips
- Search by name or title - an
intrinsic's name (
EllipticCurve) or a worked example's title jumps straight to it; an example's tag (ex-a1b2c3) works too. - Search by signature - an
intrinsic's name with its input types
(
Order(GrpPerm)) lists the signature with exactly those types first, and the closest after it. - Search by phrase - any other text
is matched against the full text of every page. Put words in
double quotes (
"normal subgroup") to find them together and in that order. - Exact match - finds an intrinsic by its exact name, with all its signatures, and other text only as typed: no near spellings, word endings or completions.
- Spelling - British and American
spellings count as one;
factorisationalso findsfactorization. - Quick search - press Ctrl+K (Cmd+K on a Mac) on any page.
