# Magma V2.10-22 Patch Notes

## Modules

- A problem in `CharacteristicPolynomial` for integral matrices has been fixed.

## Rings and Fields

- A problem that could occur when `AutomorphismGroup` of a number field is computed after a `GaloisGroup` or `Subfields` computation was fixed.
- A problem with incorrect handling of non-simple extensions resulting in Internal error was fixed.
- When creating a degree 1 extension of a number field with `DoLinearExtension := false` sometimes an incomplete number field was created that could cause an Internal error on printing.
- Bugs with power series over non-commutative rings have been fixed.
