# Magma V2.10-16 Patch Notes

## Algebras

- An error which caused the Lie algebra function `HighestWeightRepresentation` to sometimes return incorrect answers has been fixed.

## Geometry

- A bug coercing from a projective scheme into an affine ambient (and vice versa) has been fixed.

## Groups

- A bug in distinguishing between `SymmetricGroup``(n)` of types `GrpPerm` and `GrpPermCox` has been fixed.

## Rings and Fields

- The inverse of the map returned by IsIsomorphic for absolute fields defined by non-monic polynomials was wrong. This has been fixed.
- A failure that sometimes occurred in the residue class field map for prime ideals in non-maximal orders has been fixed.
- An internal error caused when the `div` operator was used with orders of quadratic fields has been fixed.
- An error when forming the residue class field of an algebraic function field whose constant field is an algebraic function field of infinite degree has been fixed.
- Some minor memory problems in the p-adics have been fixed.
- A bug in `BasisMatrix` of non-simple equation orders of number fields has been fixed.
- A bug in `Index` of a infinite order of an algebraic function field has been fixed.
